No, games involving flaming each other - That means no games screaming, cussing, or any kind of flaming at each other. If you do it long enough it might actually make the people involved mad and start a real flame war.

No, games involving links to innapropiate websites - No, games daring each other to share links to innapropiate websites! Again, there are kids in the game.

No, spam - What is spam? It's putting useless text like asfsdfad or gferg don't do it! It's agaisnt the rules and can you banned.
Also if someone says "Post this on 10 threads and you get 10,000 postcount!" it's fake! Do not believe them.
